My saturday find. Anybody have one.

Lanterns, stoves, etc... anything old!

I was born in 55 too, and that was another hard thing about selling it, but I am trying to learn I cant keep everything. The bigger things have to go. :(
I see 3 burners at sales sometimes, but I have a perfect one, so I pass on them.

Ill grab the next one I see, and you can have it for shipping.

Alfred was asking about the fuel tube. It seems to be just an extra part or one that was replaced at one time.

Also the subject of a 3 burner stove came up. What's a fare price for one of those?

That is a fuel/air tube from inside the tank.

No way! I had you pegged for late '40s.

Birth year, that is!

:dancing

Kidding... you look 40-ish. Oh well; what can you do.

I too am at the point where I'd love to minimize the quantity of my posessions... but selecting what to keep and then what to toss, sell, or give away is almost excruciating for me. It is something I must conquer in the next few years! I truly want to have only what I use regularly...

An old acquaintance once said, "If I need to store it, it means I don't need it."

That is very kind of you to offer to do that. I'm happy thinking of the mere possibility! of that happening.

Tom and Doug are right when they said...

TLC - from another thread

I sure have met some very nice people since I became a member here and it pays off in more ways than I can list.

doug hodder - from another thread

....it's all part of the "what goes around, comes around" factor.

That's one of the things that makes this site such a great place. Someone you may or may not have never met will step up and think about another member and give them something that they would really enjoy and use. It just doesn't get any better than that!

Thanks.

 Chris, I would kill to be 40's again. See, pictures DO lie!
Absolutely right on the Doug & TLC quotes. People here have been so nice and I have learned so much, its hard to repay, but if I can in any way, I am there!
Ill look for that 3 burner. I dont see a lot of them, but every now and then..... My wife says I have a knack for rummages. She will tell me what she wants and usually not long after that, I bring it home for her. Keeps her happy and saves me a fortune! Its a win-win!
