I know you have seen this one before, but maybe it will prompt some cool burns.

Seems to me that the thing that is missing is more stove action. While lanterns are great, I've got a number of them...a stove is what feeds you! White gas....it's what COOKS dinner! I did make hot chocolate this morning on the 530....what a cooker! Doug

Eric, that is more then I usually pay, unless it is in near unused condition. Most of my lanterns have been in the 5-15 dollar range. If they are un used or close I pay more. But I live in a large market with many opportunities for old stuff. If you don't have that where you live this may be a fair price. Look on Ebay in the completed sales and see what others are paying. Remember there is shipping you have to add into the equation.

I'd beat him up on price...that's a rough vent on it, there's a lot of better ones out there in that price range. Just my opinion. Doug

220E s are common, and that one looks a little beat up. Mantle is busted and laying in the cage. $15 would be more than enough. I have gotten much much better both in condition and model for less than $20

I try to pay 1-10 bucks for lanterns. I will pay more for something special or super perfect. Its just not fun if it breaking the bank. It you are going to be a collector you just have to get them cheap as possible. 8)
