will the Mrs let you use the oven for curing?? Usually I warm up the objects that i'm going to paint slightly - seem to make the paint flow a bit better - then once most of the solvent has flashed off - then I bake in the oven at 170* for five minutes then let it cool down. I get a bulletproof (and fuel proof) finish. Of course you'd better remove any leather you may have - our it will be toast
