A real campout, huh? Not just driveway camping!! I'm jealous! I have to get the Fabreeze smell out of mine before I can even driveway camp!!

I like the shelving idea...how will they stand up to weather (the tracks for the shelves)?? Really good idea..

Did you repaint? I didn't think your tear was tan..thought it was kinda off white and blue. Gotta keep this in mind in case I see you on the road when traveling to the Dam...everyone will know who I am...esp. once I post my tv.

That DO cherry cobbler/dump cake/whatever sure looks good...I should get a DO cookbook in the mail tomorrow and will soon start seasoning DO #2. The problem is....my DOs are too big for 2 people...so I'm going to be forced to share!!

Looks like you had a great time...glad to see you are breaking in your trailer before the Dam. I'm planning on driveway camping in a few weeks if I can get the Grasshopper level on the sloped driveway...may be a good thing it was built without a bumper!!

And I'll post pictures..maybe a fake fire with real hot dog and marshmallow roast...

Good job on your build! Sounds like everything went smoothly!!

Very cool Camp out pictures!
I'm looking forward to camping with you in the future.

I went on a little camping trip last week. First a BLM camp ground just north of Saint George Utah, then Toroweep Grand Canyon then to Cathedral Gorge Navada State Park. I found that the camp ground at Cathedral Gorge is Coleman Keeper friendly.

They also have a nice shower included in the camping fee.

I took a coleman 1967 mil spec and my trusty 425 stove that has more than 100,000 miles on it.

No pics of the Mil Spec on the trip. I will probably right up a trip report tonight, or sometime. There is a bit of one in the South West section

Doug. I finally got out and about a bit. It wasn't all that cold. Nothing like April at the glyphs.

Super nice day Sunday. The bootfair was on fire. There was more vendors than I have ever seen. Coleman everywhere. I took a new Coleman convert. Busted him in on a mint 413 G for ten bucks. When he took it home his wife asked "It that thing staying Here!" Non believers! What is a Keeper to do?

I get four lanterns all pretty darn good. $5 bucks each except for the 200A it was $10. I also got this super cool bottle opener. It s a cast iron bull dog head. I had to have it. $10. It s already mounted to the ext of my tear.

That is the last time I go to a bootfair without the CRV (Coleman Recovery Vehicle). I passed us at least 4 lanterns and a brown peak one stove just because I did not want to carry it. The stove was perfect and the guy wanted $10 bucks. When we started to walk away he said ok $7. Sorry I just couldnt carry it all.

At this one place a guy had 52 220 in great shape and a 220 j. He said if we bought both we could have them for $8 and he would throw in an almost full can of CF. I should have  went back!

Another guy said he would trade anything for anything as long as it did not eat or reproduce.

Kirk, I think word is getting around that you have the CRV and will barter! Your flea market sounds like the mother lode of colemans!!

You must go early or go armed. Or just go armed - thats what I do. Its a rough market in a rough town. Its the Marysville Flea Market in Linda Ca. Lots of Coleman stuff real cheap. If you google earth it you can see it from the heavens. It is truly a mecca for the all in Coleman Keeper. Dont go there after dark and I am not kidding. A guy was shot and killed there on sunday when I was at the market. He got shot in town , not at the market.

Oh yea if you go wear sunglasses and dont look at any one person too long. Just sayin. ;)

Maybe I had better be happy with the occasional estate sale here in Idaho. So far I have yet to find any Coleman at the yard/garge sales I have been to. Not that I go to a lot of those.
