How about a winter "Coleman stove"contest?

Lanterns, stoves, etc... anything old!

Cathrine, Randy is probably right about the cap seal leaking off pressure being the most likely. I fired mine up with only a splash of 30+ year old fuel residue in the tank and it burned just fine. It wouldn't hold pressure very long until I replaced the cap. Now it runs like a champ. I think it only got used two weeks every year for the first 12 or 13 years of my life.

Just over a month to get them done and submitted. Have fun. I'll be waiting on the pics. :pictures:

Just thought I would stir the pot a little. There will be a prize awarded for this contest. A little something our Scout troop wasn't using any more. I'll have to clean it up, but that won't be too hard. Keep working on them.

Tic-tock, tic-toc. Mind the clock. You now have 23 days to finish and submit pictures of your stove. Time's a wastin'.

If I get around to it I picked up a 413G while at TBTR5 that is screaming to be a custom for our teardrop.

So is there a thread where I might see some of the custom paint schemes others have done? Drawing a blank on the design. Sigh.
