I am not sure, but ether 5 of my teeth stopped hurting, Or 5 just started. Then there was the time my dentist was doing a root canal on me and suddenly i hear "Oh no".

"Oh no"???? That sounds interesting!!!

What happened???

Hey, it's a friendly thread...we all have teeth (or at least had them at one time, if you don't have 'em now!!)

If you forgot your dental floss, and the Grasshopper is in your camp, we always have dental floss. You can go without toothpaste, but don't skip the floss!!

OK...so anyone use DO liners for anything besides angry chicken pizza and baked goods? Or is that about all they are good for? I can't imagine using one for chicken and rice. I think I would end up eating the liner, kind of like Canned O' eating his sleeve....

Ren and Stimpy, the tooth root, LOL that was a funny 1. I only use liners for deserts, other wise, everything goes in the Naked Dutchie

Well, It wasn't all that baad of an "Oh no" other than my root canal became to small and bent for him to continue. He had to send me on to a specialist. Which took two weeks. What really hurt was he packed my tooth and gave me penicillin which I then discovered I was allergic to, and I had had it before. But I started to itch, base of toes, fingers and some embarrassing body orifices. So went to specialist that had micro tooth drilling stuff. I put on the forms that I was allergic to penicillin, and he gives me a prescription for a different anti biotic, which all and good. BUT. the combination of two different anti biotics in two weeks knocked my digestive track for a real loop. So now I am itching and my normally regular , ahem, duties is all out of wack never know when the call of nature will strike or if it will rock of Gibraltar or Mississippi in flood. I swear this went on for 2 years. Itching and a stepping.

my investment in my mouth?? I have 2 fillings, if that's what you mean. And I have 28 teeth. Never had the upper wisdom teeth, lowers were impacted and removed when I was a freshman in high school. So it's not like I have 2 fillings in the one tooth I have left or anything like that. And my fillings were free. I guess my investment in my mouth is about $80 over the last 25 years.

I work for a dentist. It's my life 4 days a week. It's my Friday right now. So now it's trailer/scooter/truck/gardening/cooking(DO etc.) time. Not that I forget about my teeth...just try not to think about others' teeth too much!!

Randy..you really weren't itching and, um, running for 2 years, were you? It just, um, felt like it?

Yogurt.

Or the fancy Pro-biotic pills from the natural herbal medicine aisle. They really do work, and you don't have to eat tons of yogurt. Everyone remember that. If you get antibiotics for something...start the pro-biotics and you won't have the, um, stomach upset. It will keep the good bacteria count up in the digestive tract. You are killing it with the antibiotics, both good and bad bacteria. But probiotics will pile in the good stuff for your gut.

I had an allergic reaction to Sulfa when I was 17. Anaphalaxis. I was in the hospital. And yeah, you itch places you didn't even know you had! Or that could itch! I almost died, and lucky for all of you, I'm here to stir up, um, well...

Yogurt. That will keep the, um, yeah. It will keep it at bay.

So! I need to get the 275 ready for the Dam! How about that! I worked Coleman into a conversation about...well...you know....when you have a problem with your "275"

It was 2 years, or more as it tappered off. The itching lasted about 6 months. Yogurt didn't help. but that was before I discovered greek yogurt ( good stuff ) Didn't think about Pro Biotic. always sounded a bit of snake oil to me anyway. About the only thing I like at the health food store is Dr Bonner's soap.
Which brings up an estate sale I went to last week, There was shelf after shelf filled with any number of stuff from there. They still had an estate sale anyway.

:D

Where we talking about 275s? I need to find me one of those. Someday.

Yeah, Randy. Everyone needs a Turd!!

Seriously..I do like those lanterns. Maybe because they match my trailer, maybe because they were such odd ducks for Coleman. Maybe because I actually remember them in the stores.

Ok, I've stirred up enough, um, "stuff" for now...I think. Let's see what kind of trouble I can get into at Allied Trailer tomorrow.

I'll get around to it soon..headed out to Allied trailer for a new hatch for the Grasshopper, then RV Dr. George for the glide tape for curtains..wish me luck on that one.

And I'm not too thrilled about reliving the moment at the gas station..but I'll spill it. It's a crazy story. Makes me wonder what people are thinking..or if they are thinking.
