My latest find

I found this on Craigs list last week. It's a 242C single mantle lantern, all original, dated April 1947, and it's in great shape considering its age. All it needs is a good cleaning and to polish the brass. I'm a happy camper. :)

I'm glad to see there are others who suffer the plight of the incurable!
Nice lantern I don't have one of those yet!
