Whilst stumbling thru a flea market sunday I came across a not terribly beat up sears lantern. It had a broken but tapered globe on it. Two mantle I believe.. anything to go back for? are new globes available??

yep, built by Coleman. 8)

I think only the globe, frame and vent are completely unique, the other parts usually interchange. Regular clear globes can still be bought, the original frosted ones are spendy though and harder to find. Used the same fount as the 275s. They are fairly popular to collect, I have an older model that used the 228 top vent.
