Yard sale find by a friend

Postby Mark72 » Tue Jul 20, 2010 8:25 pm

A friend of mine thought of me while yard selling the other day.

It is a 243 A with a date code of 6 6 June 1936? It looks rough but has good bones like a good working pump and valve. A little paint and a new globe will fix it up.

Got a call from my niece about a COKE collection ata yard sale ( yet another thing I collect) and found a 4/56 coleman dual mantle lanturn with a 'flinty' striker...$5 Seems to be THE price at yard sales...
I'm sure it needs sum fixin cause it won't hold pressure...but my collection is well on its way...
