I've not had a waffle dog so $10 would be a stretch for me but seems like they are a wanted item so I thought I'd share it anyway.... Do I need to add the obligatory "not mine"? :D

If it were a lantern, I'd buy it! :R

(Actually, I'm done w/ Ebay lanterns... I now have what I wanted [a couple of 228Es]... and two of the three arrived in perfect condition. One hasn't ever been fired. The third while still in it's box suffered abuses of the kind seen in the beginning of the movie Ace Ventura and arrived w/ a bent fount. She leans a little...)

Meanwhile, back to WaffleDogs!

Waffle Dogs were invented at the very beginning of the '50s by Claude J. Hicks of Stoughton, WI. He applied for the patent on August 4, 1952, and received it on Dec. 7 two years later. "My invention," he wrote, "relates to improvements in cooking utensils of the waffle iron type for cooking weiners in waffle dough to form a sandwich product"

Mmmm... sandwich products! They're what's for dinner!
