I got a stove when they first came out. Mine worked good for the first 2-3 years, but then I had to tear it down and clean it. After sitting in the barn for a few winters of not camping the gas went bad and plugged it up. Just like it does in the lawn mowers and blowers. I am guessing if you keep fresh gas in it and don't let it sit, it would be fine. I could not tell the difference in the two fuels when I was using it. Both seemed to burn the same. I think now the price is a little better for the gas compared to the Coleman fuel. I still have mine and use it every so often, but use the coleman fuel now.
