Cool idea,looks like a punched can that fits in place of the glass globe.

It is made from aluminum flashing. I punched the pattern with a nail and then rolled it and riveted it on the far side. It is the same size as the standard 220/228 globe.

Jeremy....great job on that one! I think it's a great idea for next year on the forum, for people with a lantern to decorate up an aluminum liner with punched process for a lantern contest at Halloween! That would be a load of fun don'cha think? Nice touch that you picked one that old...great reflection on the fount and out the perforated vent. Maybe a Christmas one this year? or is it too late?
