The most expensive thing he had was $10.00. He had a bargain pile. Anything without a globe was $1.00.
All this was $45.00. Out of all this I was able to get...
1. Two 200a's
2. Two sunshine white letter globes
3. Two coleman brand reflectors
4. A homemade case with a groved out bottom and top
5. A like new 1959 220e with torn up box. Needs globe and pump.
6. A 1948 220d
7. And about 6 unused mantles
So I am getting reddy to leave and the guy points to his $1.00 pile (12 units) and says, why don't you take that whole pile......$5.00?

There are 4 turds. Two 1978's , an 82, and an 83. I should be able to get two working models
Parts...anybody say parts....I got parts.
So as I am taking the pictures I look at my $1.00 1963 200a and I am thinking to myself, that vent sure looks dark.

I give it the 45 min teardown special. Clean it, put it back together and reuse one of the mantles I got with the hall.
I had to borrow a new fuel cap, and a trailblazzer globe, and there is no bail, but it burns great.
And after the burn I shut it down you can see the cherry colored vent. $1.00.

What a great morning. Keith
