Question about a 5404 Picnic Stove.

I just recieved a 5404 Coleman Picnic Stove and since they don't sell the 6 oz propane canisters anymore I was wondering if anyone knows of a kit or a way to convert this to run the little propane tanks that you find on a bbq grill
