Came across this unique lifting roof caravan video today. I never thought that such a concept would ever be realized, but it looks like it was, and perhaps long time ago as I can judge by the looks of the trailer. I wonder if there is more information on this caravan that can be found...

For those who love fiberglass eggs, here is one with a tilt-elevating roof.
Nice low closed height, but many of us older folks prefer (some need) a full height entry door rather than a half-height hatch.
