sitting on a large HF trailer was a Utility trailer white with Red lettering reading "Chuck Wagon".
On it length wise was on 1/2 was a storage box to hold camp supplies or what ever
The other side opened on the side (RS) with 2 doors opening left and right or 1 to front and 1 to back.
inside was a long ledge counter height about. holding stove and sink and under counter coolers and other storage. one or two over head cupboards for plates and such.
as I walked by a woman was hard at work washing dishes. a large tent sat behind it.

Maybe they are cooking for a big group and need a kitchen that big!
