I always thought about a camper made from a old Kenworth truck cab.
Good day every day!

I've seen lots of photos of trailers made with the back ends of various vehicles, and I've seen one in person which was almost the entire body of a Ford Aerostar (a really bad idea), but this is the most unusual yet. It looks like they used the back of a Saab 95, and the front seat portion, but not the back seat area or the front (forward of the cowl). It must have taken significant effort - but why?

It is interesting.

Never mind the Saab teardrop, who's seen the Saab camper?

The Toppola, a genuine Saab-approved item. Here's a couple of sites:

Fact is stranger than fiction......

I had seen pictures of that before. It's very cool. Another cool camper idea that one could say relates to tears is the French Clipcar http://www.clipcar-evolution.com/ and Randocar http://www.randocar.com/.

The Saab camper looks like a death trap on wheels.

Toppola or Top Over? However for all the height it adds, it only adds 253 pounds of weight. However after having VW buses for many years, those side winds which could be a challenge for the buses might be scary with this camper on a Saab.
