A couple local boys around the lake inverted an inflatable rubber raft, tied 2 sheets of plywood on it. Put an electric trolling motor on it and go bass fishing

Cool

I've watched that video before, looks like a great time! I'd never come home!

Steve, you still gonna build a boat? You could take it down the Suwannee or the St. Johns!

Sure Al,

All I need is some of these - $$$. It will be a year this month since I finished the Little Gypsy. I'm ready to build something! I'd like to build on a 24' Carolina Skiff hull. Pontoons are cheaper, but the total height would be a few feet taller with pontoons.

Wow! I just checked the Carolina Skiff ads under Ebay and Craigslist. They are a bit pricey aren't they.

Well my wish for you is you hit the lottery soon, as I'm looking forward to seeing your boat build! Sounds like it would be a lot of fun!

Hopefully this works, it's my first attempt at posting a pic. This is what I have mine munted on. Sorry I don't have actual pics of mine right now.
Image This is what I tow it with until I get a 20hp mounted. the idea is to mount foils to the cat. I'm currently waiting for a responce from a guy to buy a set of hydrofoils and maybe test this spring. My tear is a weekender inspired build that is very light weight.

Mike, I can't believe you have not built one yet based on numerous other threads where you show up with something you built. Is there an accurate record of how many trailers you have built? I want to know your secret to time management.

The secret to time management is to prioritize...

Al,

Every now and then I see an old Carolina Skiff24 that was used as mullet or clam boat , they are usually not too pricy.

Nice design. Is it a flat bottom boat?
