I was thinkin...

What if you used the sheet aluminum roof as a structural member. 1) Weld the front edge to the front of the trailer frame, 2) Bend it to your desired curve, 3) Weld the rear edge to the rear of the trailer frame, 3) Tip the curve forward or backward until desired profile is achieved, 4) Weld horizontal rods from front to back, side to side, and up and down, 5) Fill in sides with any material you like, including canvas.

You would have to be okay with out having a galley. If you are building a frame underneath it(welding supports) it is no different than a skin. I think to have it structural you would have to have the sides welded to the top and trailer.
