Every time we see Mike's picture of the pipe trailer , we think of all the old horse trailers , done in that style , sitting up and down our rural street , many rotting away from lack of use.... Always had an idea that a converted (and Sterilized) horse trailer would make a great camper...Pretty streamline too , most completely rounded in the front...Plenty of room in those double wides...standy' too !!!
Sometimes for various reasons (sold the horse, the horse died, ate the horse, etc. ) the trailers become available or abandoned...I'll just have to offer to haul some away ... just for experimentation ...

Hello not long here but love to build cheap things, there seems to be a lot of old boat trailers around here, would one of these make a good trailer for a TD ? Also I was thinking of making it out of PVC pipe with auto headliner material soaked with epoxy. Has anyone tried this ?
