That boat one is not a bad idea. You want a boat that you can go fishing for the weekend and that is it. The dock fees will be the same with or with out the trailer on top. With out the trailer you drive to the lake or shore and spend the day fishing. Come back to shore and rent a room somewhere or go to a campground and pay. This way you just drop anchor and fish, sleep or cook right there.
And it I were to put a small trailer any where permanently I would raise it up at least 12 feet into the air. Better view, above the snow in winter and above the bug line in summer.
