Multi-purpose Tent Topped Camping Trailer

I made one of these last year, recently I’ve been getting lots of interest in the idea. I build a 4x6 basic utility trailer with 18” sides and put one of our folding tent units on top of it. Its multi-purpose nature is a big advantage, use it for a camping adventure one weekend, then remove the tent unit and use it for getting materials at your local building supplies store the next. It’s easy to mount a tent unit on many styles of utility trailers. You could also build yourself a budget Jumping Jack style trailer by put a tent unit on the front of your ATV trailer.
