Posted: Tue Feb 23, 2010 10:18 pmThe only concern I'd have is placement of the seams or ply ends in relation to the radii and stressing it in two places as opposed to one continuous radius.
You are going to be loading the span between to two front and back radii from both sides, you'll want it secured well. Avoid a joint between the two on either end if you can - may lead to increased material costs to avoid it though.
I have a 9" and possibly a 7" radius in my plans at the moment, but they are at opposite ends of the trailer.
