Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I am in the very early stages of planning my design and I really like the "Weekender" design. I plan to use the trailer for myself and family (wife and three kids) but it will also be used for long event weekends sleeping myself and two guys.

I am having problems with making the layout work ( read as lack of CAD knowledge). I am not even sure it would work. Iam trying to keep it in the 10-11' and 6'6" wide 5'6" high range. I know I want to keep a rear galley and I know how I want the bunk layout. But just cant get the exterior right.
Has anyone seen anything like this before? Any advice would be great. Thanks.

It' a pretty cool variation on the weekender and about the size you were describing.

Aggie, I have seen this thread...but I am worried that it and my first plans are going to be to tall to store under my covered patio (8') plus I want to try and keep it only an inch or two over the top of my Ford Explorer. I really am leaning twards a grasshopperish style, just stretched a little.

It should work no problem. Both of my drawings the body is 6'3" tall with out the height of the frame off the ground. Being that's all the room I have in my garage Put on a frame with a torsion axle or drop sprung axle I think with 2x2 framing you could get the frame height to 12-14" high. Putting the total height under 8'
