Does look like a lightweight way to build. Although for a vehicle having no side window gets a big from me ...

It is charmingly pretty but you'd have to trailer it to go very far.

At 10 miles per charge, you could only make a trip to a very local grocery or convenience store.

Also, it looks like it is a "fair weather friend". If you look at that third picture, you can see light coming through wherever the wood roof is joined. I'll bet it was fun to build, though.

The shape reminds me of an unconventional design that I bat around; a barrel-shape "vardo-esque" trailer...

@S. Heisley I bet they could be using a clear caulk, that would seal the cracks but let in sunlight.

They're gonna have to genetically engineer a huge St.Bernard to carry that thing.

What an interesting way to build a teardrop. Thin plywood,epoxy, and fiberglass The possible shapes are unlimited... Great way to build an Airstream shaped standie!

That's not clear caulk, it's fiberglass/epoxy. The light shows through the seams, but is totally water proof.

Serious lack of visibility there! No windows at the driver's seat, and no mirrors. No rear visibility without turning clear around

That's an accident looking for a place to happen.

That electric camper is a bit disappointing. It's built out of plywood and epoxy and uses geodesic shapes, so why does it have that heavy wood framing which serves no purpose, when the joints could be epoxy fillet and maybe some tapes - that would be seriously light. But I bet the frames are there so that the panel shapes don't have to be worked out beforehand, which would be the intelligent thing to do.

here's the weirdest thing I've seen in a while. :-)

you may have to find the org designer and ask the + and - of it.

you will have to plan it out and figure out how they got it together. the glass, the electrics and the make sure cars coming up from behind can see you and pass you with out harm to it or you.

Looks more like a dream or something to build in the back yard to read inside of. And remember if you need anything you will need to drive it to the store and back. That it the problem with any type of one unit RV too.

You got a good idea but need to look around more. maybe you could put it on a trailer frame and pull it keep working on it you will find it.
