OK, this is a bit off-topic -- or is it??
Here is an old video which is at least fun to watch.

From the pictures, it looks to be far lighter than the usual 5x10 cargo trailers that I have seen. They also offer a 4x7 model and other interesting "plastic" trailers. But I find their web page disappointing (seems like they want you to call for any real info such as price or weight - so my guess is their prices are HIGH). Look for yourself, but add a post if you actually purchase or even see first hand.

It looks very much like a calf hutch. Prior to settling on my Jeemper design, I was contemplating a camper build using a large calf hutch. In my research and calculations, I found that it would be roomy and naturally bright. The biggest problem that I foresaw was sturdily connecting it to a trailer.

Has anyone any information on this drop-floor camper? It is very much like my own Jeemper. I’d love to see more photos.

Could you clarify where did you see a drop-floor? It is a lifting roof type of camper, similar to A-frame, but without potential leaks in folded mode thanks to asymmetrical design.

A couple of my favorites I've found on the Interweb are a full height aerodynamic trailer used behind a prius tow vehicle, and a pop up foamer towed behind a fiesta. I am drawn to the designs used with low horsepower vehicles as those tend to be the most innovative in design and on budget. I highly recommend everybody to also search on bicycle and trike towed travel trailers even if you are not into human power. I am not either but its worth researching what people are doing with those solely for the design inspiration they can provide!

I mean its easy to come up with a design for towing behind a 800ftlbs full size pickup.. where is the challenge there.

BTW love that drop floor design a few posts up, something I would have never thought of.

A little far afield - conversion maybe - and wonder if it could be a foamie.

Looks like a light low maintenance design, but why is their site designer partying like its 1999? They seem to be fixated on monthly payments too..

This link shows a Fuso truck, but the house area is about 8 foot wide and 8 foot high, so I took some inspiration from it. Its about the width and heigh I want. I especially liked the plexiglass clear ceiling over the kitchen slide. Some very good ideas here.

I also liked this truck bed camper, it uses white chloroplast for the top.
