I was wide awake at 3 am so I made my way out to the shop and managed to get the rest of the trim done on the exterior of the trailer.

All closed in now I just need to build some cabinets. I think I will take it out on a few trips to see what I want for a galley before I build them though.

Keep your galley a simple a posible to start with, and later you can add as needed.

I see you doors open backwards compared to most TD. Make sure you locked them when traveling. Going
to Beavers Bend last month I saw a funny thing in my rearview mirror when I made a U turn on a street. It
was my new heater swinging out of the camper and the door flew open. I stopped to find my heater swung
out but the cord save it. I also found my keys stuck in the door as well. Just where I left them. My door did
stayed shut at highway speeds with the hinges up front, but the U turn cause it to open.

Enjoy your Test runs.

I took the woody out for its maiden voyage on the weekend. Went to Dinosaur provincial park on Friday after work and then Saturday made my way south west to Writing on Stone Provincial Park. The winds were horrific on Saturday 55 km/h with gusts to 80 km/h. (34 mph-50mph) or for you sailors 55 knots-43knots. The trailer faired well and all the joints held, doors stayed on and I think it only left the ground twice. I slept well and after spending two days two nights and six meals with it I believe I have figured out the interior finishes and cabinets for the galley. In the meantime here are a few photos of the trip.

I have not been all that productive for the last month on the teardrop build. All I have accomplished is the installation of the solar panel. I am stuck at the design/decision faze with the galley. Not to mention my gimpy foot makes working difficult. I did manage to get out camping for the victory day long weekend which is Canada's unofficial start to summer. Attached are a few photos.
