Just wanted to share details of my build with the community and solicit some feedback.

General Details.

the profile has a 18 inch front radius and 28 inch back radius.

3/4" home depot birch plywood.

windows and doors will be from vintek

I plan to skin it with aluminum after applying spar varnish to the entire trailer (inside and out).

1/2 insulation

3/4 inch plywood for the floor, coated with asphalt

HF Heavy Duty Trailer

5mm underlayment ply on the inside walls

still looking for 1/8 birth for the room, but not able to find some. Do you think the 5mm will work if I cut some lines in it and steam it?
