WOW!

After a Looong delay ( I do have to go out and make a living at some Point) I'm finally back at it!

Finished all the rear trim, most of the Vinyl inside the galley and started on the galley its self.

the galley will be done in Vinyl and Formica.

and the inside in Rug.

More to come.

I have a 12V light over the Galley and am running a heavy (10 ga) fused 12V wire to the rear for what ever.

For 110V I giving a "Hole" through the exterior wall to run an extension cord through. How's that for Simple.

Why was it necessary to narrow the trailer frame to 46.5"? I'm afraid I'm missing something very important. Mike

Just a guess, but they have the side walls dropping down past and covering up the sides of the frame. In order to have a 48 inch wide roof skin sit on top of the walls (with a little wiggle room to trim flush to the side walls) you need the outsides of the walls to be under 48 inches. To have the walls go by the frame with 3/4 thick plywood walls, you need to subtract at least 1-1/2 inches from 48. I'm guessing the extra 1/4 inch is for the flush trim and/or fudge (...or something else I may have missed).
