I started a new project... Standy for four.

During winter I got an old Starcraft pop up camper from 1973, very cheap and in very bad shape, roof bowed, and rotted all over, and I knew I had a new challenge, today I started demo, removed roof, walls, wiring, recovered sink, stove, cooler, 12 gallon water tank, the pump works, and the screen door, after a couple of trips to the land fill, I have the frame almost cleared, tomorrow I have to take the metal to the metal buyer? ( they pay per pound) and start the sand and paint process, it got too dark to take pictures, but I will post some tomorrow.

My plan is to make a standy similar to the Puffin, now instead of three we are four ( furry daughter, mixed breed and full of energy) so the teardrop is not enough, I love the teardrop to death, as it has been my home away from home for more than three years, spacious, insulated, relatively light weight, and attracts attention all over the place. I hope to be able to build something that lives up to the utility and retro look I got from the teardrop.
