Have you tested it for water tightness?

Thrown buckets of water at it and held a hose on it.... held up fine. Nothing can get inside because of the lip and the rubber seal makes an air tight seal. just have water on the top and sides of the door.

Have you got some flat around the inside of the door jam behind the table edge trim? If so did you radius the corners

I ran aluminium composite panel strips on the inside of the door jam - photos in earlier posts - before putting the outside panels on. after installing the edge strips on the outside, I decided to use them on the door frame and doors as well, just to give them a neater finish.

Dealing with a lot of the fiddly bits this weekend.... next weekend is a long weekend so hoping to he up the hills chasing Deer - Camper wont be "Finished" but should have it functional at least.

The Fridge is 55ltrs and too big to build a box for... so it's just bolted to the A Frame until it finally breaks down and I'll buy a new 40-45ltr one

Table with extendable leg - it hooks to the mudguard on either side.

Time to test the van!! Not finished by a long stretch, but it was a long weekend here so we (with my dogs) headed up the high country to one of my mates properties to chase Deer. Everything that was finished worked beautifully.... still need to plumb in the cook top and gas lines to the hot water system. Feel pretty guilty.... after over 20yrs of sleeping in swags the level of comfort was ridiculous!! A lot to do with a good quality mattress no doubt (latex mattress from Ikea)
