As one member once asked, what Idaho are you in? (Where?)
Building (even a simple) camper is a lot of work. I'd sure avoid OSB and go with 3/4" AC. OSB was developed so house builders could cut corners and save about $800 per house. If I was sheathing sub-sheathing a shed, maybe. Now, having laid my thoughts on the table about OSB, I know some here have an affinity for the stuff.
I can sheath a 5 x 10 in aluminum––sheets and trim––for $450 or so in Salmon, Idaho. About, anyway.
Two screened windows (and doors) and a fan. You can't have too much ventilation in a teardrop. And yeah, insulated walls keep the condensation away.
