The work done:
- started with a 6.5 x 10 utility trailer. Sanded whole frame down, grinded off mounts, walls, flooring, etc. Re-wired
- new axle and 15" tires
- fits a full queen size mattress
- front will be fitted with a utility storage box style setup + spare tire holder... probably this week/weekend!
- walls are actually just plywood with a 10x thick deck paint-like stuff. It's the same type of stuff but for house sides. Something like that. So far so good. We wanted to powder coat aluminum but just couldn't afford it.
- truck canopy window on the other side
- we've put in probably about 6 trips so far and was fantastic! Only issue is the jack is too tall for the vehicle! I have to lift the trailer and set down the jack... so will be fixing that as well.
