Looks like enough, but keep the tires aired up well. Also, check for side-play under cornering loads, that's where you might have problems at speed. Major bumps on a corner might give it enough twist to push the top of the tire against the side.
If you had to, it might need a spacer or shim to change the offset a bit to get more room. Ours is a different type of trailer & has 2" side clearance. I like the 13" rims we run, just a bit better at highway speeds.
