The pictures help see the process. Really really good. Looks like that boat trailer is working for you. I had started with a boat trailer, found out that it was in bad shape (twisted) so scrapped it and had a trailer custom built. Was glad to see you were able to use yours.
You had mentioned staples earlier. When I was working on ours. I too had flipped the skin the wrong way when putting it on. Shot a couple staples right through the fantastic fan wire. Didn't catch it till later date. Things happen (Only if you tell them) .

mick, do you plan on a fan in the top? Didn't see any framework for one in the pics.

No, I am not. There is a wire for the dome light, it will carry enough current for a fan. If someone wanted one, I'd cut the opening and frame it out by slipping in pieces of 19 x 30mm timber.
Having said that, I actually framed for one in ol' #1, but now I have used it a few times, I don't think I'll ever fit one.
What can't be seen in these photographs is that I have four 4" butterfly vents to install. I did this in ol' #1, and the whole thing works well.
With one down at face level on each wall, and one up as high as it will go on each wall, you get some natural convection that keeps some air flow going.
I may install 12v computer fans in the two high ones yet. Quieter than a fantastic fan, I think, and very energy efficient.

The other thing not in the photos. I consulted with my electrical contractor son, regarding should I pin those wires down.
I didn't want them vibrating and rubbing, but at the same time I thought it would be handy to be able to pull them through if they got damaged in the build or whatever.
He said in enclosed cavities, he does the minimum securing possible while still keeping them in place, in case he has to pull 'em.
The only exception would be singles strand wires, they are less flexible so more prone to fracturing and should be secured for minimal movement.
So those multi-strand cables now have a blob of silicone on them in each cavity, to secure them a bit, but to allow them be pulled free if necessary.

Mine is warped/twisted too. From the factory as far as I can tell, They come with adjustable rollers and bilge boards, so in their designed application they are as straight as they have to be, and you'd never know different.
But when I went to use it as a flat, straight frame for a TD - ugly, man.
I tried to pull it straight with a 20t jack, and some RSJ and chain, bit that just blew the seals on the jack.
So I levelled the trailer up on a flat floor and measured up what spacers had to go under each frame bearer to get the floor flat and level.
Seems to work, but I had to carry the wall panels down 20mm past the floor frame so the spacers can't be seen from the side.
Interesting thing this is a commercially made trailer, possibly the biggest boat trailer manufacturer in Oz.
Frame a bit warped.

True on the trailer's mick... once framed and welded, most won't give enough to straighten out. But you worked around that. And your build is going great..

wondered yesterday if you saw that yet? Was still not bad for Texas on the square miles being a state, compared your part of the Aussie. I thought well, let's try counties.
So, how's your weather holding out down under? You had mentioned rain coming in. We just got hit by a Texas cold front. From 70 degrees 2 days ago, drop to 28 degrees today. burrrrrrr for us..

Brrr! That's cold.
We are about 440 km's east of Ceduna, which got nearly 2 inches of rain over night.
Weather moves west to east here, so it'll hit us soon. It's lunchtime mid-summer and awful dark outside as I type.
Radar says its on the way.
Of course, you know that time in the bible where it rained 40 days? We got 40 points.
