I came across this link and thought you might get a kick out of it
since it relates to a topic in one of your past threads - I just put it
here as this is the first thread of your's I came across:

Prefabed with SIPS to boot.

Sorry for the delay Norm, I've been busy buying campers! LOL That was an amazing story! I sent it to a few friends too!

The Deuce sold in ONE day for $1500, and had another guy begging me to hold it for him and he would pay $1800  I guess that shiny black does it? When the guy showed up he loved it even with the things that I thought made it look terrible like the sloppy sealer but I guess it was just perfect for what they were looking for. That's half of my new Kenskill paid for!

Congrats on that - pretty amazing.

Do you figure you made enough profit to knock out copies for around $2000?

If you don't I might. I've been accumulating cheap trailers and axle/spring/wheel sets. I plan to use my 47 KIT original siding for templates.

Hey MC, I think so, hard to tell because I already had the blank aluminum leftover from my last build and used four sheets. That's already $500 right there. But I think for $2k yes, there would be a profit, how much, I just can't say. I also used the steel framing method vs. wood too. Right now I have three project campers that I am going to restore and sell first before moving on to any new projects! :?
