Funny how perspective is everything. When I was in NZ in '82 all of the POHM's would assume that I was Canadian. Maybe it was my New England accent. Canadian or "Yank", it was all the same down under, but call a Kiwi an Aussie or vice versa... well that was altogether different.

Once I had established myself as a Yank, I had to explain on more than one occasion that, no, we do not have to dodge random bullets from all of the machine gun fire that is constantly going on. :FNP

I'm sure things are very different now. ;)

Yeah Guess we just don't get it??
I had a Kiwi working for my for a year and a half........and he would take major offense when a fellow Canadian made the mistake of calling him an Aussie.
I don't know much about the politics down under??????
But apparently something has gone on down there. :?

Just friendly rivalry for the most part.
Aussie hate not being able to beat us at rugby.
For a small country nz punches far above its weight and is staunchly proud

The problem is that you have been communicating with these old fashioned Yanks and Canadians and got your fractions mixed up with your decimal point. :?
When you get the body on you can only see one guard at a time

the problem is my son fell off the trampoline and I was grinding and didnt hear him crying

then Mrs Felixx came over and really septic :x

I was trying to ignore her rant and continue welding

(in other news I got a $1200 bike today (for my 40th) She said to buy a bike and was thinking a $199 warehiouse job)
She was quite upset I spent $1200 of her money (her credit card)
She might have been takling about that at some point too
