Thanks Thomas and Miriam.
It's starting to come all together (finally).
The back end under the hatch will not be done. Just not enough time, something called a job keeps getting in the way.

Had some success today, but also a set back.

Got my hatch light installed. Still need to wire in a switch.

Image

The set back is a 1/8 piece of trim board that goes on the back wall of the hatch above the counter. After I set it in place, I tried closing the hatch. As luck would have it, the hatch hits the trim board before it closes completely. Major bummer :x :x

I'll sleep over it, maybe the answer will hit me during the night.

Hey Wolfgang!

If something doesn't occur to you, you know you can always post a pic of the issue and someone will offer a suggestion...

I'm whittlin' away at my IRG Wagon myself! It be ca-runch time!

I figure I can get plenty of good advise at IRG III.
I will have my hands full get this puppy ready for the road......

Going to the DMV first thing in the morning, and Mom's house after work for the all important curtains.

Well, only 8 days till IRG III

Yeah I was surprised by the amount of light you get. Should have no trouble using it as a reading lamp. Biggest issue may be getting the beam of light in the right place once you stick it on the ceiling or wall.

well, did the DMV thing this morning. What a nightmare. :x

Whole process took almost 4 hours. Waited in 4 different lines throughout the process. The actual tasks "Were a walk in the park".
Inspector hardly looked at the trailer. about the only good thing was the "Permanent Trailer Id" is good for 5 years and cost my an incredible amount of only $38 us dollars. With California DMV fee, this is one great bargain. :D
Wonder how long it will take the folks in Sacramento to mess this up ?

Oh and my mom made the curtain for me tonight. Need to mount them tomorrow.

Wolfgang

Time is running out... only 7 days (that 168 hours) till IRG III
