I,ll show you a few drawings a bit later. I still need to get them into Cad form for the CNC Machine folks. 8) 8) All parts have to be precise on these. ;) The profile and skin will all be cut by CNC also.

Question now. Since we no longer have the old Peugeot, but a Mazda 3 Hatchback. Its capable of pulling more: 550 kg unbraked and 1200kg braked.

With brakes - 1200kg - 2 645.54715 pounds
Without brakes - 550 kg.- 1 212.54244 pounds

Can I now have the axle set more back than on the old car? Im sort of confused with this..

Remember my dreams of a special front towbox as in the Oldie Cars from the 30,s or so? Ive now got a company working with me to make a few to fit Lil Swan. :designing:

Here is the pic. But with the curvature will be that of the front end of the tear.

Heikki I think you should have a recomended tongue weight, if it's not stated on the car tow weight section, your towbar will have a maximum tongue weight .
Jess's little VW Lupo / Fox has a maximum towing capacity of around 700kg.....but the maximum tounge weight is 50kg and has a recomended tounge weight of 35kg.

I am really excited for you guys! Can't wait for your first one to roll out and into a loving home. I am so proud of you and Suvi and what you are
both doing. OK, what are the boys going to come up with. What a creative family. Keep us posted and send pics. When are you moving?

Im taking the car over to the frame maker this week to talk about this. They have made trailers for 30 years. Im sure they will tell me..for sure.

Will the Car Registration give this detail or no? I cant seem to find it..

Grani you are the best. Youve come to our minds many a time over the years. your such a sweetie. Well the oldest boy will and is becoming a Javelin thrower and at the moment is attending business school. Accounting, Bookkeeping and all the good stuff.

As far as Samuel Im not sure but Im praying he will turn out into somthing real successful.

About the move we go to Eastern Finland on the 20th of Feb. Job interviews and of course to a Dog Show at the same time. I,ll let you know.

As far as photos you bet. Weve got all parts and components lined up as far as where to get them. Now its to put it all together. We think it will look good. At least we hope. We,ll let you folks be the judge of it though. ;)

Thank You Grani :)
