Looks good! I might have missed it, but what is the benefit to forming the molding before the skin is on? I don't want to miss a good trick!!! Glad you are back on the build and I like the shape of the front alot.
If i understand it correctly, Thomas (2Bits), forming the trim over the raw wall allows him to use the wall as a form, perhaps bumping the trim with a rubber mallet up against it, without having to worry about scratching, marring or denting the skin. The small difference in thickness betweem with and without the skin shouldn't make any difference in how the trim fits later when it is installed; it should have enough flex to soak up that little difference when it is screwed down.
Right KC, you don't risk damaging the skin with the mallett. Havn't done much to the trailer lately, looking forward to getting the skin in the next week or so. I've got to get rid of that white fridge, either black or stainless, but not white.
Three years! Where did the time go? I can't say it wasn't fun though. Now that it's done I'm planning on selling it before we even camp in it. Oh well, one of life's experiences! Haven't weighed it yet but it pulls nice. I'll take it by the co-op and weigh it as soon as the weather breaks.
The bed frame is in sections, take it apart to make a couch
