this is the last part of the inside ceiling, what we are calling our "headboard"...in reality its what we came up with to cover the seam of the last 2 panel cuts to finish the inside...think it turned out pretty good
finally got that storage/elect.raceway door on...modified some magnetic cabinet door latches to keep it in place
couple pics of roof going on...we used panels that are the same material as "peg board"... thin and flexable cant think what its called... its a brown board smooth on one side kinda rough on the other

Lol well with my luck it probably will...any suggestions?...oh and thanks for the couple comments youve given!!!...i guess i didnt do my build journal to everyones liking cuz i have got pretty much nothin from the regulars on here, this forum thing is new to me and so is documenting every step of a project...but im learning...next TD will be better documented
dont think its masonite...isnt that referred to as hardie-board? it has concrete made into it somehow?..this stuff is just plain dark brown paneling, no lines/grooves cut into it, appears to be same material as brown peg board without holes....it bent nice around the radius at front...it has a smooth finish side and a "rough" side...we put the rough side up and it appears to have soaked up the epoxy resin quite well
Build is moving along quite well. Looks like it should be plenty roomy!
Masonite it is! Looks like the back side has a "screen" type of finish & a smooth side, which is fairly slick & hard. In the "good old days" it was a dark brown & available in tempered & un-tempered. The 1/8" stuff is pretty flexible & would bend to a radius easily & weight is about 19# per sheet.
Hardy board is the fiber-cement type of siding stuff.
Build log: viewtopic.php?f=50&t=60248 The time you spend planning is more important than the time you spend building.........
Even if a lot of us aren't posting it doesn't mean we aren't watching. I enjoy watching every build. Just not much to say as I bought mine no build experience building.
installed diamond plate fender and "decking" and starting to paint here
in the other pictures the purple doesnt show how PURPLE it is, you can sort of see it how purple it is in this one...strange word, purple ...looses its meaning fast when you say it and spell it a few times...anyway i call it grape ape purple...we were wanting something very different, i think we got it!!
going to put diamond plate on front lower part there and on the tongue
