Well Done!
You should be an inspiration to all of the Newbies here on the Forum, that would like to build their own TD.
But are worried it can't be accomplished in a reasonable time???
Watching your progress over the past month should help others with their confidence level.
Hope your are as stoked about the upcoming Camping season as you were about your build? ;)
We are looking forward to meeting you and your family down the roads somewhere! :applause:

Wow, thanks so much for all the kind words Vedette! I am indeed stoked for camping, in fact, my family is planning a winter vacation in the new travel trailer very soon. I hope to get it insulated before we leave, but if not, we'll just have to keep going south until we hit warmer weather... and that would be just fine with me! 8) But BC will probably have to wait for summer ;-)
Happy New Year! :wine:

Well, it's been a while, but I've been on the road A LOT this winter and spring. Here's a few pics from Arizona and California. Believe it or not my family has driven more than 14,000 miles this year!

The top one was taken at a scenic overlook in southern California and the bottom two were taken while crossing southern Arizona.

Great pictures, looks like you are having fun. Trailer looks sharp.

Much thanks, PKCPT! The trailer's holding up well and it's amazing how many interesting folks I've met and talked with because of it. About half the time I stop to get gas or grab a bite to eat somebody asks about the trailer... great conversation starter. A few people even offered travel advice or build advice. Surprising how much interest there is in homebuilt trailers.
