Well its been a while since my last post. Updates are I took the trailer out behind the bike for its maiden voyage and all went great. At 70MP plus its stable as can be. Several panic stops from high speeds with no problems. I have the luggage rack installed which also serves as the support for the lid when flipped open. I am now fabricating the front air dam to direct air over the box. I am still trying to get it done by June 1st for a big trip out west.

Well its painted and canvas is permanently installed. Cushions are being made. trying to get it done in time for the big trip in JUNE

Excellent job on the build! I like the paint, rack & tent setup. Should be great for camping. This time of year, figure on staying above 5-6000' elevation so it isn't too warm at night. Where are you going for the trip?

Thanks for the compliments. We will be going from Milwaukee to Boulder then Jackson Hole to Eugen Or Via Seattle. We will stay in Or. for a few days and try to run the Coast high way to California. Will be gone for 3 weeks or more. When I get done I may sell it I am not sure.

The trip went great we put on 5500 miles. Stayed in the trailer all but 5 nights and was very comfortable. It towed and handled surprising well. Fuel economy only suffered by 3-4 mpg. I did learn about cheap Chinese tires however. Did not have a blow out or anything but they didn't wear for 2 cents. Now the big question is what to do with it. Part of me wants to sell it and build a teardrop and part of me wants to keep it because it works so well.
