insulted and ready for sheathing. 2 layers of 3/4 insulation .

hatch ready. start sheathing next.

sheathing on ready for paint. Restained the front and it looks a lot better. ended up using hardboard on the front radius HD was out of the 1/8 ply i was planning on using. will see how it lasts was nice to work with.
Have springback on the hatch planning on putting cables and turnbuckles in. might replace it next winter want to get it on the road before the summer is over.

first coat of paint on. using oops paint even found a light tan as my final color. Have canvas all cut . will try to get that on Monday.

The work you are doing looks good.

Re: PMF hints, I'm a little surprised that you painted the wood/board first. You may want to seriously think about roughing the paint up good before trying to glue the canvas on. The TB2 sticks best to raw wood.
