Hello my far away friends,
Thanks to all of you,

Mike, İt can opens 45 degree it is about 185 cm up from the trailers upper point at rearest point, (At last photos you see it 147 cm lenght) That means at second floor bad someone stand up fully. But i think limit it but i dont decided how much, When iwill buy opening gas springs i will decide it.
And i wont do second floor bad at first, But i will done its prepare, Because we are two now, When we will tree we can easily attach the second floor bad.
İ hope i could explain with my bad English soory,

İ tihink i can limit it abaut 150 cm, İf in the future we add beds for children, that will be useful.
My caravans inner height is 150cm +150 cm pop up.
From outer its height to top about 205 cm+150 cm 365 cm total height with popup.
Bu i can limit it less than this that is not my final decide.

Yugun,

I was looking at one of your postings and you mentioned one delay you had was because your steel man could not cut a certain angle on a piece for you. I see that you have a 4" or 4 1/2" high speed grinder (with wire wheel and a flap-sander) discs. They also sell nice little cut-off wheels for these 4" and 4 1/4" diameter grinders like you have. These are thin abrasive wheels that work great for cutting steel. If you had some, you could cut any angle you desire, yourself. That is what I've used a lot on my frame. The best ones I've used are made by Metabo and Dewalt...they last the longest.

CAUTION...make sure to wear a full face shield, gloves and thick long sleeve shirt when using these...If you get them in a bind at full speed they will disintegrate....also make sure nobody is standing near while you are cutting with them. Other than that caution, those little wheels are great.

BTW, like the axle you have....what is it from?

My main cutter is this it uses 35 cm cutter disk and a useful machine can cut main angles clearly, İ bought it here at the beginning of the second section of build. İn the base trailer i havent this, İ chopped pieces of it a steelman.
İn fact at the beginning as my first design, i dont think the wall frames by steel, because of this i didint buy it.
İt is not a very quality brand but it could done the work,
İ am using plexiglass glasses when i using theese and the little spinner.

YuGun,

Must have missed your chop saw....that is awesome. Beats the cut-off wheels by a mile. I did skip some pages, admittedly.

I would just run down and get a Delorean, but they use an expensive fuel.........cocaine. :o

Can't wait to see your finished rig. Cool work and thanks for sharing.

It looks good. That should help keep it from rusting.

Bu hafta çok yoğun geçti doğrusu, Nasıl geçtiğini anlamadan baktım yine cuma gelmiş, Hemen eve geldiğim gibi hava kararmaya başlamasına rağmen dışarı çıkıp geçen hafta kestiğim kapı parçalarını taşlama ile birleşme noktarını taşlayarak çapaklarını alıp düzelttim,
Yarın kapıları toplayacağım kısmetse,
Selamlar,
