The round thingy was just laying there, it is the sink stopper that is attached to a bead chain that is bolted to the corner of the sink.

Guess there's nothing stopping the cooking of that bird now, except a giant Coleman stove. 8)

I thought I would include a picture of the sink P-trap. I've seen a few clunky looking house type traps on some TD's. This is a Sandvic marine P-trap. Low profile and has a 3/4" hose barb.
