Thanks Sharon....looking forward to seeing your project as well, will it be done in time for the IRG or at least campable? Inquiring minds want to know! Doug

Doug,

Not enough fans in the forum so you mounted one on the counter? Nice!

Great table leg. Looking forward to seeing it all finished at IRG.

sorry John....it's not mounted...just sitting there right now. Haven't figured out where I'm going to install it yet. Probably on that wall, up high and I can direct it towards the front or back. I gotta cook up some sort of shelf or cabinet to mount it to the bottom of, maybe the ceiling.

No Fantastic Vent in this one...just don't have the clearance to get it out of the garage with the hood and I don't want it sitting way back on the rear end. I don't think I'll need a Fantastic Fan since I'll have 8 windows and a screen door in it. I did pick up a side vent for a step van that will sit high on the street side that will work well for ventilation when the whole thing is closed up at night in cooler temps. I can't remember who gave me that link, but the vent is perfect for what I want. Doug

PS....for those that have PM'd me...the 2 tone on the front of the seat isn't painted...it's reflection from the floor.

You're a lot faster and more experienced at building than I am. When I saw that you don't expect to have your new trailer done until Memorial weekend, I started getting nervous about mine! :worship: But, if it isn't done, I'll bring it anyway, throw a tarp over it (if need be) and sleep on the floor! It's licensed to roll and would still be better than a tent. But, I'm gonna try to git 'er done. By the way, I ended up getting fabric at half price instead of 40% off....Nice.

...I'd like to be able work like you can. I'll bet you have a nice shop with lots of tools, too! :envious:

Very nice Doug. Do you have fabric picked for the cushions and curtians? I am seeing a lot of blue.

I like the idea of a simple water system.

Same question--Is the quilt done yet? You mentioned a while back it was almost done. Waiting,,,, waiting...

The cushions and the awning are being done up now. Teal tweed on the cushions, striped white/teal awning with fringe. The quilt top is finished, just needs to be quilted. It's a really easy pattern..."just can't cut it" is the pattern name. I picked it because the fabric has such large items on it, cut much smaller and you wouldn't be able to see them. It also has nice larger areas for the quilter to do all sorts of fun stuff in it. The border has canned hams and late 50's cars on it. I have all the fabric for the curtains, but haven't started them till I know exactly how large the window trim will be. Doug

Sorry....just nothing to show a pic of. I got the 110 wired, tank and plumbing all connected....after a while of clowning around with it, nothing leaks. Pump works fine manually and by the hose connection. Watch using the brass fittings at HD....the threads are flat on them and don't want to seal well at all. All the utility connections are done to the exterior. Counter top and backsplash permanently attached. Framing for the rear curve partially done.

The rest of the time was spent trying to clean and organize the shop. I decided that when I spend more time looking for the tool/item rather than actually using it....it was time to clean up. Didn't touch the bench though. Doug
