Hey Drewh1 - I too am interested on some feedback on those axles as I am considering doing the same thing. Did you have any issues getting the alignment in tolerance? Did you need to use shims or anything? Gussets on the inside or did you run a cross-bar through the brackets?

Hi Mark. So far I am loving them but not much heavy off-road yet. I used a cross member option. I already have one in the frame but wanted it to be rock solid. I would guess the trailer will fall apart before the suspension does

Alignment was not hard as far as the toe in . They provide shims for camber but I didn't use any. The hardest part for me was alignment of the bolts for the existing trailer cross member but I didn't really have to use them since I added the 2x2 as well.

Definitely a good option. I'll feel way better off-road in Baja with these on my rig. Let me know if you need more details on install. Etrailer has a good video on it

latest edition before heading off to eastern Oregon - ARB 2000 Awning System. It is mounted with removable brackets so I can move to either side of the TD.

Continuing to upgrade for more off-road travel. I added a Lock & Roll hitch and larger wheels and tires. Wish I had done all this sooner. The wheels and tires look so much better and give me almost 20" of clearance. I used one of my 14" wheels for the spare as it is smaller and lighter.

The hitch seems great, super easy to connect, actually much easier than the ball hitch. It backs up well and seems very solid and added about a foot of extra clearance between the car and the TD. I'll test it out in Utah in September. All that's left is new wiring connector (the old one is too short now).
