Thanks Frank. Not sure what I'll end up using yet but I'll have 1.2mm alloy over ply roof and probably painted canvas sides and composite hatch.

What's that anecdote about the company that wanted to make a really good impression on their client and when the visitors came to the ultra clean shop the first thing they wanted to know was where all of the work really gets done?

so I will get some unequal angle this week.
Do you need to tap any wrinkles out with a rubber mallet?

I guess you use glue and screws?

If you can get your hands on a blow torch of some description and heat the angle up then cool it to anneal it it will be more plyable
