I am always interested in "do overs"/second builds. And one of the things you often see is an increase in storage space in the galley and an increase in organization. It looks great and it looks well-built and yes I suspect you'll get lots of attention :thumbsup:

WOW - really nice job. All the details, from the ribbed sides, to the detail inside, to the galley cabs. Excellent work...a piece to be really proud of!

Man, that is a really sharp camper. My hat is off to you. If it were mine I'd just tow it around.....even when not using it. 8) Take up tow parking places at work....

You've excelled yourself! Looks like a commeercially produced unit - and I mean that in the nicest possible way! There are companies in the UK that specialise in the folding bed ideas (mainly for VW campers etc). Pricey though!!!

Thanks for the compliments everyone. I'll post how the maiden voyage goes with a few pictures. I am really interested in how the folding capabilities will change how I camp. My first unit has a full mattress in it. But when there is bad weather, your climbing in and sitting on the mattress. With the folding option I can sit on a nice couch and work on the computer, plan the next stop or have dinner if need be. There is a small folding table that fits under the pullout.

I love this one!!! The aluminum is unique to the TD's--gives it an "old school" feel. The dual sofas are the answer to the one thing that I would need in a TD--a place to sit comfortably without hurting your back.

Great ideas, wonderful execution :D

Yes, setting inside the teardrop in bad weather is very nice. a whole lot nicer than setting in the TV. While my TD does not have as nice a setting arraignment as your Club Car has it has proved to be very nice. I used it the first night I camped with it.

I am joining a group camping near Springfield Illinois the weekend of the 20th. That will be my last gasp before winter. I just picked up a small 200 watt heater and I will have my dog Marley to keep me warm. Wish me luck!
